Unborn and newborn children are much more sensitive than adults to chemical exposures, because their bodies are changing and growing at a rapid pace.   PCB exposures at just the wrong moment during a baby's development in the womb could change the rest of its life. 

We need to clean the Fox River and Green Bay to protect our children and future generations
